Under the Superintendent's direction, the Assistant to the Superintendent for Finance and Operations is responsible for all aspects of the school district’s financial and business operations. When attending to the school district's business needs, they work with all financial bodies and consultants, such as the school board, external auditors, resident finance committees, bankers, financial advisors, construction managers, architects, tax collectors, and state officials.
